We aim to achieve this by providing a range of services to support you on your wellbeing journey. These services include telephone and video-based Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, ‘Starting with You’ products, and wellbeing membership plans.

Providing you a safe space

Talk Out Loud offers support for a range of mental health difficulties:

We offer telephone and video based therapy. We adhere to the GDPR policy and ensure all information is confidential.

Talk Out Loud operates outside the typical working hours (9-5pm) and weekends to support you on your wellbeing journey, with minimum disruption to your work commitments.
