Talk Out Loud is a service that provides mental health support, guidance and advice through one-to-one Guided Self-Help Therapy to individuals aged 18 or above. This particular therapy utilises principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and self-help materials to help you become your own therapist by teaching you different coping mechanisms and strategies.
